TCCC medical card, issued in Ukrainian.

The main purpose of this card is to give the doctor of the next stage a complete picture of the injury's nature and what happened to the victim.

This makes it possible to improve the quality of triage, competently regulate the stages of medical care and evacuation according to priorities, reduce diagnostics and correctly provide further assistance in treatment.

On the card, you can indicate the name, surname, gender, basic information about the state of health (presence of allergies, damage) of the fighter to get acquainted with the information and provide first aid.

Within Ukraine delivery is carried out through the "Nova Poshta" company, "Ukrposhta".

Sending by "Nova Poshta" is carried out within 2-3 days, except Sunday. Sending "Ukrposhta" are made on: Mon, Wed, Fri.

Delivery cost is not included into the order and must be paid separately, according to the delivery service tariffs.

Orders with a total value of less than UAH 1,000. postpaid are not sent. Orders over 10,000 UAH. - 500 UAH  to cover delivery costs.

The purchased goods must be inspected at the post office in the presence of an employee. In case of damage / defect or shortage of goods, contact the Manager. If contact is not possible, then capture the photo. Otherwise, claims for damage/defects or shortages will not be accepted in favor of the Client.

Cash on delivery
