  5. Decompression needle. A means of providing pre-medical care for tension pneumothorax, a wound to the lungs with subsequent air entry.
  6. Nasopharyngeal airway. A flexible tube for emergency treatment of breathing difficulties: incomplete airway patency or tongue retraction.
  7. Occlusive dressing. A means of sealing the chest, used for lung wounds. The product prevents the lungs from collapsing, thus saving the casualty from death.
  8. Thermal blanket. A heat-reflective blanket that protects against hypothermia in critical situations. Its principle of operation is to minimise body heat loss by creating a barrier from the cold environment.
  9. Atraumatic scissors. Scissors with curved blades, one of which is curved at the end. The tool is designed to quickly cut clothing on an injured person, and is also suitable for other emergency situations where you need to cut something quickly and safely.
  10. Nitrile gloves. Disposable medical gloves with thickened palms for greater durability.

In addition, the first aid kit must contain reinforced tape for fixing bandages, as well as a marker for filling in the wounded person's cards and writing the time of tourniquet application.
