Thanks to their weight and compact shape, they are easy to carry in a backpack, trunk or simply in your hand, holding the litters by a special handle.

The design is a flexible plate with three pairs of handles across the width for carrying the casualty. Slings fixed with D-type rings are used to fix the body and limbs.

Flexible and oversized, this litter can be easily carried in narrow aisles such as buses, planes or trains. The injured person can take a sitting position if sharp turns or carrying stairs require it. If necessary, the litter can be pulled by one or two people with the help of special straps near the headboard.

The use of Tacmed Solutions Foxtrot Litter will save the time of searching for hard litter and speed up the transportation of the casualty to the ambulance, which significantly increases the chances of the wounded person's survival.
