RevMedx XSTAT-12 Applicator Features

Instructions for use

1. Open the vacuum pack and take out the applicator.
2. Insert the applicator into the wound as close to the source of bleeding as possible.
3. Insert the plunger into the applicator and push through to squeeze the sponges into the wound.
4. If necessary, use an additional applicator to completely fill the wound with sponges. Caution. Do not attempt to remove the sponges from the wound yourself — this must be performed by a surgeon.
5. Cover the wound with an occlusive or pressure dressing. Use an elastic bandage if available.
6. If bleeding does not stop, press with your hands until it stops.
