The Agilite MD2 Compact is a low-profile individual medical pouch designed for rapid access to first aid equipment in emergency situations. Developed by Israeli company Agilite, the pouch incorporates experience from modern combat environments and emergency response operations.
Its compact design minimizes bulk while maintaining functionality, allowing installation on battle belts, plate carriers, and other MOLLE-compatible equipment.
The MD2 Compact is suitable for military personnel, combat medics, law enforcement officers, rescue teams, and civilian users building their own IFAK setup.
Rapid Medical Access
The MD2 Compact features a quick-access design that allows the medical insert to be deployed regardless of the user's dominant hand. The ambidextrous opening system provides equal usability for both right- and left-handed operation.
The internal medical module can be quickly removed from the outer carrier, providing immediate access to the complete contents without removing individual items one by one.
Optimized Internal Layout
The interior features elastic retention points and compartments designed for organized storage of:
trauma dressings;
hemostatic agents;
chest seals;
medical gloves;
other essential IFAK components.
A dedicated slot is also available for a decompression needle or tactical marker, ensuring critical tools remain accessible during high-stress situations.
The pouch is supplied empty, allowing users to configure the medical loadout according to personal requirements or unit standards.
External Quick-Access Features
The exterior includes dedicated mounting points for essential equipment requiring immediate access.
An integrated upper holder allows external attachment of a tourniquet without reducing internal storage capacity. A dedicated slot accommodates trauma shears up to 6 inches, with the finger loops remaining exposed for rapid deployment.
Compact and MOLLE Compatible
The pouch features a Micro MOLLE attachment system optimized for modern tactical belts while remaining compatible with other MOLLE platforms.
For plate carrier users, the Plate Carrier Hanger adapter (sold separately) allows mounting beneath the front plate carrier panel.
The universal One Size Fits All design integrates easily with most modern tactical gear configurations.
