M-Tac Horizontal ROLL Elite Medical Pouch

The Roll Elite horizontal medical pouch is a new solution from the designers of the M-Tac brand. The peculiarity of this model is its convenient shape in the form of a roll, thanks to which it occupies minimum space, does not conflict with other equipment, and does not interfere with the sitting position when traveling by vehicle.

Made of Cordura 500D and Cordura Squadron – heavy-duty materials resistant to abrasion and high loads.

The medical pouch is installed into the back pocket of the Plate Carriers. Additional removable Velcro on the Velcro flap of the sub-bag will help integrate it into any Plate Carriers, where the bottom of the back pocket closes with Velcro.

The sub-bag consists of two parts: the outer pouch, which is the fixing element, and the first aid kit under the IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit). The outer pouch is adjustable in volume and provides open two-way access to the first aid kit. By pulling the sling on the first aid kit, you can quickly remove it. The first aid kit connects to the pouch with Velcro to prevent accidental loss. The front of the first aid kit is heat printed (UP) to indicate its position in the pouch. 

Inside the first-aid kit is a rubber band organizer for attaching first-aid medical supplies (not included). The front flap of the pouch is equipped with an identifier in two colors – traditional for first aid kits red or black to make the pouch less conspicuous.

The medical pouch is a must-have piece of gear and will be indispensable for first aid emergencies.
