The Agilite Tourniquet Holder is a compact tactical retention solution designed to securely hold a tourniquet while providing immediate access in life-threatening situations. Developed by Israeli company Agilite, the holder incorporates experience from real-world combat environments and modern tactical medicine requirements.
The Hook & Loop mounting system allows quick installation on plate carriers, battle belts, chest rigs, and other tactical equipment featuring Velcro-compatible panels.
Immediate Tourniquet Access
The design keeps the tourniquet constantly ready for deployment. A military-grade elastic retention strap firmly secures the tourniquet, preventing accidental loss during running, movement, or demanding field operations.
Unlike enclosed pouches, this open-access design keeps the tourniquet exposed for rapid one-handed retrieval, which is essential during self-aid or buddy-aid situations.
Protection and Durability
The internal elastic retention system is reinforced with an outer layer made from 500D CORDURA® Mil-Spec, providing protection against abrasion, dirt, moisture, and harsh environmental conditions.
This material combination delivers excellent durability while maintaining an extremely lightweight profile.
Functional Design
The front section features a laser-cut Hook & Loop panel for identification patches. It includes the distinctive “O” marking used by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) to quickly identify the tourniquet location.
A dedicated retention cord opening allows additional securing of the tourniquet and reduces the risk of loss during dynamic operations.
